交聯聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜是采用化學方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由線型分子結構轉變為三維網狀結構,由熱塑性的聚乙烯變成熱固性的交聯聚乙烯,從而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、機械性能和耐環境能力,并保持了優良的電氣性能。
交聯聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜導體的允許長期最高溫為900C,較低絕緣電纜、聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜和聚乙烯絕緣電纜高,且具有重量輕、結構簡單、使用方便、耐化學腐蝕和敷設不受落差限制等優點。

CROSS-LINKED POLYETHYLENE(XLPE)INSULATED POWER CABLE
For XLPE insulated power cable, either chemical method or physical method is method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE from chain into three-dimensional network, i. e. thermo-plastic PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE. After cross-linking, the thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its excellent electrical property are still retained.
The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor of a XLPE insulated power cable is 900C which is higher than that of paper, PVC or PE insulated power cable. The cable has the advantage of simplicity in construction, lightness in weight, convenience in application besides its excellent electrical, thermal, mechanical and anti-chemical corrosion properties. It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route.
According to the standards of IEC, in the last few years, We have supplied XLPE cables to the Chinese urbon power network reconstruction project, Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing West Railway Station, CCTV Station, Anshun Power Plant, Qinshan Nuclear Power Station, Ertan Hydroelectric Power Station , Beilun Power Plant, Yimin Power Plant, Yangzhou Second Power Plant, Shanghai Subway, Bao Steel Group and Yangzi Petrochemical Company, etc.. 本產品按GB12706《額定電壓35V及以下銅芯、濾芯塑料絕緣電纜》標準生產,同時還可根據用戶需要按國際電工委員會推薦標準IEC、英國標準、德國標準及美國標準生產。

使用特性Operating characteristics
· 工頻額定電壓U0/U為3.6/6kv~26/35kv。
Rated power-frepuency voltage U0/U: 3.6/6kv~26/35kv.
· 電纜導體的最高允許工作溫度:90℃。
Max.admissible operating temperature of the conductor:90℃.
· 短路時(最長時間不超過5s)電纜導體的最高溫度不超過2500C。
Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C.

· 電纜敷設時環境溫度應不低于00C。
The ambient temperature under installation should not below 00C.
· 電纜彎曲半徑:三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑15倍;單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑20倍。

電纜額定電壓的選擇 Voltage designation
· 電纜的額定電壓應適合于電纜系統的運行狀況,用U0/U(Um)kv表示。
U0-電纜設計用的導體對地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓;
U-電纜設計用的導體間的額定工頻電壓;
Um-設備可承受的“最高系統電壓”的最大值。
The rated voltage of the cable for a given applixation shall be suitable for the operating conditions
in the system in which the cable is used,and is expressed in the form of U0/U(Um)kv
Where:
U0-The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors and earth metallic screen ,for which the cable designed;
U - The rated power-frequency voltage between conductos, for which the cable designed;
Um- The maximum value of the“highest system voltage”for which the equipment may beused.

A類系統──該類系統任何一相導體與地和接地導體接觸時,能在1min內與系統分離
B類系統──該類系統僅包括單相接地故障短時運行的條件,接地故障時間應不超過1h, 但在任何情況下,最長不超過8h每年接地故障總持續時間不超過125h;
C類系統──不屬于A類、B類的系統。
